This third volume comprises the following chapters: 
The Chapter on the robe-making ceremony, which deals with the exemptions granted to bhikkhus as a result of this event. 
The Chapter on tunics, which deals with the ordering of the supply of material to make the tunics. 
The Chapter relating to Campā, which deals with a dispute between bhikkhus in that place. 
The Chapter related to Kosambī, which deals with a dispute there. 
The Chapter on Legal Procedures initiates the Cullavagga, which deals with various procedures to be followed in dealing with ill-mannered bhikkhus. 
The Chapter on those on probation, regulating the misconduct deserving of such punishment.
